If you are considering Laser Vision Correction you must:
be at least 18 years old with a stable eyeglass or contact lens prescription
have healthy eyes which are free from corneal disease
You should not have Laser Vision Correction if:
you only have one eye, or you have a severe lazy eye
you require prismatic correction in your glasses
you suffer from severe rheumatoid arthritis, Lupus, colitis or AIDS
you take Accutane (isotretinoin) or Cordarone (amiodarone hydrochloride);
you are pregnant or nursing
